We’re in this together. Help us fight hunger.
Now more than ever, at-risk families need meals. As a company co-founded by a pediatrician fighting on the frontlines of the pandemic, we’re committed to help feed hungry children and their families. We are preparing and distributing meals to those who need it. Help us by donating a meal . We are also providing meals for frontliners at cost. Contact us if you would like to order food for a hospital meal train.
THE ULTIMATE FILIPINO FEAST
While our kamayan dinner feasts are on hold, we’re offering Kamayan Feast Platters that are ready to serve. A smorgasbord of pig & fire crowd favorites, each kamayan platter generously feeds 2-3 or 4-6 peoples. Traditionally, “Kamayan” is a Filipino word meaning “by hand.” We serve an array of grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and exotic fruit, laid over a bed of rice, on banana leaves, eaten family-style. It’s the ultimate Filipino dining experience!
Seen and heard.
Chef Roel makes a guest appearance at WGN-9 Lunch Break series to talk about kamayan and demonstrate how to cook pancit.
